When will my order arrive?

The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose, the country where you live and how long you order in advance. 

With our shipping calculator you can see the expected delivery date and the exact shipping costs for your order. 

Your order is sent 4 weeks before your departure date, if you select one of these shipping options:

• free Regular Mail 
• Expresse - regular speed
• International delivery - regular speed.

Your order is shipped as soon as possible, if you select one of these shipping options:

• Expresse - urgent delivery
• International delivery - urgent delivery

We will send you a confirmation mail when your order is shipped. It contains a tracking number for online track & trace of your order (does not apply for free Regular Mail).
